Cow manure as base fertilizer

Cow dung is a very good organic fertilizer. Many farmers use it as fertilizer, and the effect is quite good. It should pay attention to the following points in the application:

1. The used cow dung must be rotted and used after it is fully fermented and decomposed. Otherwise, the heat released by it during fermentation may damage the plant, and the bacteria may be introduced into the soil at the same time. 
(It is suggested to use Warburg starter for short fermentation time and complete decomposition)
2. Advocate making base fertilizer and ditch application.
The release of the fertilizer effect of cow manure is usually slow, and it’s salt content is generally high, so it is suitable to be used as base fertilizer, furrow and cover the soil after application instead of spreading. If it is used for spreading on the surface, the dosage shall be controlled and the concentration shall not be too high, so as to avoid fertilizer damage to plants.

Raising pigs with fermented cow dung

Raising pigs with cow dung is not only low cost, but also easy to operate. As long as we master technology, one person can feed 30 to 40 pigs.
Mix the dried cow dung and coarse bran evenly, and then put it into Warburg fermentation agent One-kilogram ferments 500-1000 kilogram ferments. After 3 to 5 days of stacking fermentation, cow dung turns from black to yellow, which can be used to feed pigs when it smells of alcohol.

Cow dung for mushroom

Using cow dung as raw material for mushroom cultivation, the high temperature of the compost pile in the fermentation process can kill the grass seeds in cow dung, and the waste mushroom stick produced after mushroom returning to the field, especially the paddy field, is also a rare organic fertilizer.
The test and demonstration show that the edible mushroom produced by using cow dung as a raw material has good taste and quality, and the successful mushroom yield rate of the mushroom stick is also significantly increased, reaching more than 98%.
Compared with the traditional use of wheat bran, soybean meal and corn flour as raw materials, the average production cost of each stick has been reduced by about 40%, and the output has been increased by more than 50%, with considerable economic benefits.

Biogas power generation from cattle manure

Shovel the cow dung into the separator with a forklift, and the separator separates the sediment and firewood, after separation, put it into the septic tank. After brewing for a certain time, from the septic tank to the mixing tank, adjust to a certain concentration, and then use our numerical control equipment to regularly and quantitatively put it into the biogas fermentation tank. The blue one is the biogas fermentation tank. We use the medium temperature fermentation and medium high-temperature fermentation, and the biogas produced by fermentation is stored in the white gas storage tank above Inside, then use the pipeline to transport down to the electrochemical system. After the desulfurization, dehydration and CO2 removal of biogas, use the pipeline to transport to the generator for biogas power generation.
