Cow Dung Drying Machine For Cow Farms

Apr. 01, 2019

For cattle ranchers, the biggest worry is the disposal of cow dung.

What is a cow dung drying machine?

                                                                            Cow Dung Drying Machine

I will use 10 blogs to explain the related content of the solid-liquid separator. The content of this blog is: Rules for the Management of Pollution Sources from Cow Farm Wastes.

1. Purpose

To ensure that the treatment of waste pollution sources in cow farms meets the standard requirements, minimize the risk of harmful pollutants pollution, and ensure food safety, personal safety, and environmental safety.

2. Scope

This regulation is applicable to waste pollution source pipes of cow farms directly under the management of the company, as well as cooperative suppliers and subcontracted farms.

3. Classification of Waste and Pollution Sources

Classification of Waste

Farm wastes mainly include domestic wastes and production wastes. Domestic wastes mainly include solid wastes, kitchen wastes, wastewater and so on. Production waste is mainly crop waste, plant input waste, packaging waste, machinery, and equipment waste.

Classification of Pollution Sources

According to the types of pollution sources, pollution sources can be divided into air pollution, water pollution, solid waste pollution, noise pollution, and radiation pollution sources.

The pollution sources of vegetable farms mainly include the pollution of pesticides, fertilizers, vegetable waste packaging, the loss of pesticide liquid and fertilizer, the pollution of plastic film, drip irrigation, bamboo and wood materials, steel wire, suspension rope and other inputs used in production, the pollution of machinery and equipment waste parts and oil products, the pollution of domestic wastewater, the pollution of poultry, livestock and wildlife excrement, etc.

4 Treatment of Waste and Pollution Sources

Recycling and reuse

Recyclable wastes include waste paper (writing paper, corrugated paper)

Waste Plastics (Plastic Film, Packaging Bottle, Packaging Bag, Packaging Box, Turnover Basket, Drip Irrigation Belt, etc.)

Scrap metal (agricultural machinery accessories, greenhouse skeleton, furniture, and building materials, etc.)

Waste electronic products (computers, mobile phones, household appliances, etc.), waste bamboo, wood, and glass... Such recycling and reuse by manufacturers, professional recycling agencies or waste acquisition stations

Fermentation decomposition

Fermentable and decomposable wastes include plant residues, kitchen wastewater, human and animal excreta, and spoiled food.

These substances are concentrated and decomposed by fermentation in the septic tank (using cow dung drying machine), fermentation tank or biogas digester. The residue and biogas slurry after fermentation can be applied to field soil or greening seedlings as organic fertilizer.

Quarantine

Sources of pollution that need to be isolated include pesticides, fertilizers, oils, wastewater... Such substances need to be stored in special facilities and supervised by special persons. Waste pesticides should be recycled by suppliers. Wastewater should be treated in wasteland and green areas far away from farms, and the local environment should not be damaged.

Management Requirements for Farm Waste and Pollution Sources( cow dung drying machine)

1. Domestic waste and plant debris should be stored in designated places and cleaned regularly.

Cow dung must be processed by cow dung drying machine.

2. Covered waste containers must be set up in the open field to prevent the spillover of bad odor, remove waste in time, clean and disinfect waste containers once a week, and clean waste containers twice a week in summer.

3. isolation

Sources of pollution that need to be isolated include pesticides, fertilizers, oils, wastewater... Such substances need to be stored in special facilities and supervised by special persons. Waste pesticides should be recycled by suppliers. Wastewater should be treated in wasteland and green areas far from farms, and the local environment should not be damaged.

4. incineration

Pollution sources for incineration include waste oil, non-recyclable packaging... For a small amount of this substance, it can be burned safely away from the farm and ensure that the local environment is not damaged.

5. landfill

Pollution sources that need to be landfilled include waste ceramics, animal corpses, building earth and stone waste... For such non-recoverable materials, they should be transported to the designated site for the landfill.

Management Requirements for Cow Farm Waste and Pollution Sources

1. Domestic waste and plant debris should be stored in designated places and cleaned regularly.

2. In order to prevent bad odor from spilling over, waste should be removed in time. Waste containers should be cleaned and disinfected once a week and twice a week in summer. In addition, the cow dung drying machine should also pay attention to the length of cleaning.

3. The farm's product handling and packing areas should be kept clean and pollution-free.

4. The living areas (dormitories, kitchens, restaurants, toilets, etc.) on the farm should be separated from the planting areas reasonably or sufficiently to avoid contamination of agricultural products.

5. During the planting process, the glass, porcelain cup and ceramic bowl used by employees should be stored outside the planting area to prevent potential safety hazards caused by fragments wrapped in the balls.

6. In the planting area, plant debris, weeds or diseased plants must be removed, buried or burned in time; grass on the edge of the field should not use herbicides after planting.

7. Agricultural machinery and other production equipment should be centralized storage, to avoid chemical pollution and harm to vegetables, such as diesel oil, oil leakage pollution, if there are contaminated vegetables to be abandoned, no longer used, and fill in the record form.

8. Farms, such as fences, fences, and other quarantine facilities, should be set up to prevent pigs, chickens, cattle, and sheep from entering the planting area. There should be obvious signs to prevent the excrement of excrement and their harmful bacteria from polluting the vegetables.

9. Farms should have clear signs to prohibit children and other unrelated personnel from entering the planting areas, so as to avoid uncontrollable health and safety hazards caused by children playing or outsiders.

10. The farm staff should pay close attention to the activities of birds over the farm. In order to prevent the damage of birds and the pollution of bird droppings, measures such as artificial driving, flag insertion, and protective net should be taken in the season and area where the activities of birds are frequent. Check the crops planted on farms in time, and take cleaning measures for contaminated crops, especially before harvesting.
